Product Specialist 2 - Hospital Support

Job Description:

This position will be a member of an application support team and will become a technical subject matter expert for the state psychiatric hospitals' applications and systems.

This position will provide application operational end-user support including rotational afterhours on-call support. This position will be included on the implementation team of the state hospital's electronic health record project, referred to as ICM, and additional implementation teams for other state hospital initiatives/projects.

Tasks will include:
• End-user support
• User Administration
• System Administration
• Interface Monitoring
• Afterhours support
• Forms development
• Report writing
• Work with cross functional technology teams to determine best practice configurations, and workflows.
• read/analyze/modify technical documentation
• work with vendor(s) to facilitate implementation
• perform system testing

Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills:
• Healthcare information technology
• User administration
• Application System Administration
• Crystal Reporting experience
• XML development
• SQL programming language

Top 3 Skills:
• End-user support
• User Administration
• System Administration

Qualified candidates must have at least two (2) years of experience in application support, technical support, experience with application vendor management, application implementation and technical and user workflows.

Required Skills : XML,SQL
