Qualifications & Preferred Experience: Active SLPA (Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant) license in Massachusetts (or eligibility) Experience supporting speech therapy in an educational environment, particularly with middle school students, is highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills Ability to work independently under the supervision of an SLP Enthusiasm for fostering student growth and providing compassionate, individualized support Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech‑language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 15-20 students in grades 5 through 8 Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with supervising SLP and classroom teachers Document student progress and maintain records in accordance with school and state policies Participate in team meetings and contribute to academic and social‑emotional success plans for students Support generalization of communication goals within the classroom and social settings This is your chance to make a real impact during an important stage in students lives while developing your skills within a supportive and professional educational environment.
