Senior Solutions Engineer

This role sits within our Technology team, which empowers the firm through secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in driving Salesforce and enterprise technology projects that streamline operations and elevate client service. What You’ll Do * Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions and architecture * Lead project delivery across platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce, using Agile methodologies * Build customized workflows, dashboards, and automations to support diverse business units * Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance knowledge management, search, and automation * Ensure platform stability and user satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving system issues

• Document and deliver training and enablement resources for system users
• Support change management, including communications and adoption strategies
• Stay on top of emerging technology trends, especially in AI and automation

Ideal Candidate Background * 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, or technical consulting * 4+ years hands-on experience administering and building in Salesforce environments

• Exposure to large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT or Claude
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Apex
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI is a

plus

• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems in a fast-paced

Location Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York City office in accordance with our hybrid working policy. Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $170,000 - $190,000 together with the benefits listed above.
