Phalanx Protection & Investigations is seeking professional Armed Security Officers for an ongoing luxury retail assignment in Palm Beach, Florida.
This is a low-profile visual deterrent position in an upscale retail environment. Officers must maintain a polished appearance, strong situational awareness, and a calm professional demeanor at all times.
Schedule
- Every Friday & Saturday
- 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Additional recurring event shifts typically available on Wednesdays
Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses
- Concealed carry experience preferred
- Black suit required
- Clean-cut, professional appearance
- Well-mannered and dependable
- Strong observational and de-escalation skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be punctual and able to work independently
Duties
- Maintain a professional armed presence
- Monitor the property and surrounding activity
- Serve as a visual deterrent
- Respond appropriately to disturbances or security concerns
- Coordinate with management when necessary
- Maintain discretion in a luxury retail setting

- Executive protection
- Luxury retail security
- Hospitality or concierge security
- Military or law enforcement background
