Operations Associate FIS

Location: Oaks, PA

The Operations Associate supporting wealth management on the FIS AddVantage platform is responsible for executing and managing day-to-day operational processes across the client and investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Includes handling client onboarding, transaction processing, portfolio accounting, trust accounting and maintaining accurate client and account records within the FIS Add Vantage platform
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of client data, reconciling data, securities transactions, resolving client or advisor queries, and supporting compliance with regulatory process requirements.
• Leveraging Add Vantages platform capabilities, the associate provides customer servicing, supports advisors, and contributes to improving client and advisor experience
• Perform daily tasks as per Standard Operating processes.
• Monitor and report, Investigate and resolve issues
• Collaborate with front office and other team members as required.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and system upgrades. Perform User Testing, Operations Health checks, etc. Assist with new client onboarding or transfer from another system

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in wealth management
• 3+ years of experience on the FIS AddVantage platform
• 2 or 3 of the above functions across the wealth management value chain combined with FIS Product knowledge e.g. KYC, Onboarding + FIS AddVantage, Trade settlement & Reconciliation + FIS AddVantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Industry experience in wealth management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
