Responsibilities

• Engage in outside sales activities to identify potential clients and expand the agency’s customer base through proactive outreach and networking.
• Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs, explain policy options, and negotiate coverage plans that align with client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, follow-up support, and ongoing benefits administration.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, manage client information, and streamline sales processes efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation updates, and product knowledge including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance lines.
• Assist clients with policy applications, documentation, and claims processes while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives such as telemarketing campaigns and community outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities.

Experience

• Experience (Preferred 1+ Year) in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for effective client interactions.
• Knowledge of insurance products including life insurance, health insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and sales administration processes to enhance productivity.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations.
• Analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options.
• Understanding of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance during all transactions.

Salary $35,000 + (Based on Experience) 25% Commissions (Sales) + Bonuses (Up to $7,000/Annual)
