Our surgical department is made up of a 14 bed Pre‑op, 4 bay PACU and 6 Operating Rooms. With dedicated Surgeons, Nurses and OR Assistants, you will gain experience in areas such as General Surgery, OB/GYN, Ortho/Sports Medicine, ENT, Urology, Bronchoscopies, Dental Extractions and Peds Dental Restorations. What we’re looking for Requirements Current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license and associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
