As our Tuxedo Coordinator / Store Concierge , you will be the primary point of contact for all tuxedo rentals and purchases while also creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

This role combines customer service, sales, organization, and attention to detail. You'll guide customers through tuxedo selections, coordinate measurements, manage wedding parties, and ensure every order is accurate and delivered on time. In addition, you'll support our front desk and assist with other areas of the store as needed.

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Tuxedo Coordinator / Store Concierge is responsible for achieving tuxedo sales goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position oversees tuxedo bookings from start to finish, ensuring every detail is handled accurately and professionally.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, enjoys sales, has excellent organizational skills, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the tuxedo rental and purchase process.
• Build relationships with wedding parties, prom customers, and special event clients.
• Recommend tuxedo styles, accessories, and coordinating products.
• Sell and book tuxedo rentals and purchases while identifying additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge on tuxedos, accessories, sizing, special orders, and shipping timelines.
• Educate guests on rental policies, deadlines, and fitting expectations.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary.

• Manage all tuxedo bookings from reservation through return.
• Accurately input customer information, measurements, and color selections.
• Measure and size both men and women for tuxedo rentals and purchases.
• Coordinate wedding party information and ensure order accuracy.
• Monitor deadlines and communicate with customers regarding upcoming appointments and arrivals.
• Maintain organized customer records and follow-up communications.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing tuxedo department.
• Steam and prepare new arrivals and special orders, including tuxedos, bridal gowns, prom dresses, and accessories.
• Assist with merchandising displays, mannequins, and inventory organization.
• Support front desk responsibilities, including greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting walk-in customers.
• Help other departments as business needs require.

• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting wherever needed throughout the store.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve the guest experience.

• 1+ year of retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience.
• Experience working with weddings, formalwear, or fashion is a plus but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-minded with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking software.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work Saturdays (required).
• Flexible availability during peak wedding and prom seasons.
