Property Accountant

Role Overview We’re looking for a sharp Property Accountant who owns accuracy and can run the numbers across our property portfolio. You’ll handle bank reconciliations, A/P & A/R, payroll entries, credit card reconciling, monthly financial statements, budget support and partner with operations to keep our books clean and timely. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day accounting for assigned properties. Perform monthly close, bank/credit-card reconciliations, A/P, A/R, and payroll entries. Prepare and review monthly financials and budget/trend variances. Assist with ad-hoc analysis. Read and interpret rental agreements, addenda, budget reports, and financial statements. Requirements Associate’s degree in Accounting (Bachelor’s preferred). 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in property management. Strong proficiency in Excel and property-management software (AppFolio/Yardi). Excellent attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong communicator and able to work independently and as part of the team. Spanish bilingual a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
