Make a direct impact in K-12 education supporting students with special needs in a dynamic contract role as a Paraprofessional. Opportunities are available across a variety of classrooms, including life skills, autism, and behavioral support settings. With nearly 10 vacancies left (number may change), your background in special education could help shape the learning journey of students who need it most.

You'll have a chance to discuss your experience and classroom preferences during interviews beginning on 7/27, where your input will help match you to the most fitting placements. Those selected will receive personalized recommendations moving forward.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in special education (school-based, preferred)
• Ability to provide dedicated support to students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication skills, patience, and flexibility to adapt to changing classroom environments
• Willingness to collaborate with teachers and specialists
• Passion for making education accessible to all students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with academic, behavioral, and life skills instruction under the supervision of certified educators
• Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and safe classroom environment
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as needed
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers and staff
