Job Expectations What Awaits You

• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot inaccuracies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and uphold quality standards in the laboratory.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related degree along with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
