Medical Expert for AI Training

Contribute expert-authored medical documentation to train next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on supplying authentic, de-identified medical materials and subject-matter expertise to improve how models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise and high-quality documentation are the priorities.

• Provide original medical documents you personally authored, in PDF or Word format, for use in AI training, such as case reports, clinical documentation, research manuscripts, and internal training guides.
• Ensure submitted materials demonstrate depth and authenticity in medical writing and include multimodal content when possible, for example text, tables, charts, diagrams, figures, or other illustrative elements.
• Apply professional judgment to rigorously de-identify any sensitive or personal information before submission, maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical documentation practices.
• Curate a range of document lengths, ideally between 10 and 100 pages per file, to support diverse training scenarios.
• Provide clear written context or clarification about submitted materials when requested and communicate thoughtfully with the project team.
• Collaborate remotely as an independent contractor contributor to the AI training project.

• Required skills: medical writing and documentation, strong confidentiality and de-identification judgment, and deep medical subject-matter knowledge.
• Preferred credentials: advanced training or formal credentials in medicine, healthcare, clinical research, or a closely related discipline, for example MD, DO, PhD, RN, or equivalent.
• Proven experience authoring or compiling high-quality medical documentation and technical reports, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrated familiarity with multimodal documentation that integrates figures, visuals, and structured data.
• Comfort submitting original documents from your professional portfolio for review and use in training data.
• Experience as a practitioner, researcher, academic, or clinical documentation specialist is a plus.

• Engagement type: Independent contractor.

Pay range: $20.00 to $40.00 per hour.

• Must be able to provide original documents you personally produced and to de-identify any sensitive or personal information prior to submission.
• Acceptable file formats: PDF or Word.
• Target file length: typically between 10 and 100 pages per file.
• No prior AI experience required; emphasis is on medical depth and documentation skills.
