As a Reservation Specialist at Blue Swell, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:

• Assist guests with inquiries and reservations over the phone and via email.
• Provide detailed information about our properties and services to help guests make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information in our reservation system.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on property availability, promotions, and policies.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as customer service, hospitality, or reservations.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple bookings and inquiries with precision and accuracy.
