Dispensing Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hearing Provider to join our healthcare team in Panama City Beach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in audiology and hearing healthcare, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Hearing Provider, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, fitting and programming hearing devices, and providing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' quality of life. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on innovative hearing solutions and patient satisfaction. We are looking to meet with any interested hearing providers that are open to new opportunities, as we continue to grow we are looking to add to our team.

Responsibilities

Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and assistive listening devices tailored to individual patient needs.
Educate patients on hearing health, device usage, maintenance, and available treatment options.
Stay current with advancements in audiology technology and best practices in hearing healthcare.

Qualifications

Valid licensure or certification as an Audiologist or Hearing Healthcare Professional.
Proven experience in audiological assessments, fitting hearing aids, and patient counseling.
Strong knowledge of audiology equipment including medical imaging tools used for diagnostic purposes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about their hearing health

Base plus Bonus Average Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
