We are seeking a Salon Director to lead our Dallas locations with a focus on elevated service, team development, and performance-driven growth . This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and understands how to turn exceptional service into lasting client relationships. As the leader of two locations, you will set the tone for the brand experience—ensuring every client leaves feeling confident, refined, and ready to own their next move.
