Material Handler/Forklift Operator - Day Shift

We currently are hiring for our day shift. This shift offers a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running. Responsibilities Organize, load, and unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies Transport raw materials to production workstations Empty trash and scrap hoppers as needed Assist shipping with packing/wrapping work in process Comply with company policies and legal guidelines Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities Skills Proven experience as forklift operator Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment Excellent physical condition and coordination Valid certification to operate forklifts Extraordinary Benefits: NEW State of the Art Facility in Greenwood! 3 weeks paid vacation Annual flu shots Training and Mentoring Programs Health, Dental, Vision Plans: After 90 days, employees are eligible to join these plans for themselves and their families. 401 K: After 30 days Vacation Program Vacation Accrual (Year 1): After 3 months → 40 hours After 6 months → +40 hours (80 total) After 9 months → +40 hours (120 total) After First Year: Every January 1st → 120 hours After 5-Year Anniversary: January 1st following your 5-year anniversary → 160 hours Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Job Type: Full-time
