Directs the activities of the Employee Relations team and Leave of Absence programs. Leads or provides oversight on HR investigations. Counsel leaders/HR staff on appropriate disciplinary action and termination decisions. Provides oversight to leave of absence programs. Reviews employment data and trend analysis and provides recommendations to improve staff retention and turnover.Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience or an Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience. Experience is defined as conducting employee/HR investigations and interviews, navigating ADA accommodation request, managing employees through leave of absence processes, and ensuring compliance with Title VII, FLSA, and other prohibited practices. 2 years of progressive leadership experience, strongly preferred. Must obtain PHR, SHRM-CP, or other recognized HR certification within 24 months of hire. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
