Restaurant experience is a MUST for this role. Duties and Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality. Oversee the flow of the dining room, managing reservations and seating arrangements. Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Handle guest complaints and issues, resolving them in a professional manner. Maintain an updated knowledge of the menu, wine list, and specials. Assist with training and supervising the front-of-house staff. Manage VIP guests and special events to ensure an exceptional experience. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Maitre’d or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and restaurant operations. Ability to manage a busy dining room and multitask effectively. High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
