Business Systems Analyst Willow Analyst

Position Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Willow Analyst to support Epic Willow applications and pharmacy-related initiatives. This position will be responsible for Epic Willow application build, maintenance, troubleshooting, production support, project activities, and ServiceNow requests and incidents.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Epic Willow, a solid pharmacy/healthcare background, and the ability to troubleshoot complex application issues while managing multiple priorities.
Project / Initiative
The selected candidate will support several strategic Epic Willow initiatives, including:
- Latent AI integration
- Patient prescription transfers
- Specialty Pharmacy Compass Rose
- Epic Willow application enhancements
- Pharmacy workflow optimization
- Production application support and maintenance
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Willow application build, configuration, and maintenance.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare IT environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Epic Willow applications in a production environment.
- Experience performing Epic
