This position is responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying schedule risks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and helping ensure project milestones are completed on time.
The ideal candidate has experience in construction scheduling, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor or complex construction environment. Experience with Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, CPM scheduling, and semiconductor fab construction is highly preferred.

Risk Management and Schedule Recovery
- Identify potential schedule risks, including material delays, labor shortages, design changes, weather delays, access constraints, permitting issues, and regulatory approval delays.
- Support schedule recovery planning when delays occur.
- Develop and evaluate acceleration plans, resequencing options, mitigation strategies, and what-if schedule scenarios.

Schedule Compliance and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure project schedules comply with contract requirements, safety standards, quality expectations, and semiconductor site protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of schedule updates, assumptions, revisions, and project changes.
