Warehouse Supervisor

The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department. What will you do? Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling Ensure proper stock of food and beverage products Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting Ensure food and beverage products are delivered in a timely manner Oversee the proper closing of assigned area Enforce company policies and safety regulations Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse More about you Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required Ability to delegate and coach others Basic math skills Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases Physical requirements Ability to lift and push 50 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season Shift details Evenings Weekends Events Days #J-18808-Ljbffr Delaware North at Little Caesars Arena
