Manager Customer Experience

Summary The Customer Experience Manager leads store-level events, brand experiences, and client relationship initiatives. This on-site role partners with store and corporate teams to deepen client relationships and support sales and customer retention goals. Responsibilities Plan and execute store events, including scheduling, budgeting, communications, production, and reporting. Build community and corporate partnerships and coordinate seasonal event strategies. Lead client development initiatives, monitor customer relationship KPIs, and identify opportunities to engage top clients. Analyze customer performance and adjust strategies to support store and client targets. Requirements At least 4 years of relevant experience. Experience leading, motivating, and coaching teams. Ability to analyze data, present to executive audiences, and manage cross-functional projects. Proficiency with social media, Google Suite, Tableau, CONNECT, and InDesign. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
