Hofmann USA Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Short Term Disability, and Critical Illness Insurance 401(k) with a company match after 1 year of service 80 hours of Paid Time Off per 2,000 hours worked Up to 13 Paid Holidays Pay increases after 1 and 2 years of service Employee Discount Program Referral bonus of $50 for each referral after 80 hours of work Schedule Day Shift: 7:00 am – 5:40 pm Night Shift: 7:30 pm – 6:10 am Training: 5 shifts of 8 hours each day for 2 weeks After training: 4 shifts of 10 hours each day (per week) Overtime shifts are permitted and encouraged Duties & Responsibilities Assemble components, parts, and subassemblies Position parts using templates or measurement readings Secure assemblies, verifying correct fit and fastening Ensure materials and supplies are available for operations Adjust machinery for changeovers or varying production needs Maintain a stationary position on an ergonomically enhanced assembly line for up to 10 hours a day Clean and maintain work area and equipment Perform periodic quality control checks to uphold standards Essential Job Functions Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving and multitasking skills Maintain a stationary posture throughout the shift Alternate between upright and low stances as required Reach overhead to perform tasks Operate and maintain machinery Move and transport up to 50 lbs without assistance Required Experience Minimum 1 year of production/manufacturing/assembly or related experience High school diploma or GED About Us We are proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer, celebrating the diversity of our workforce.
