Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with colleagues across various disciplines, including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses, to ensure a comprehensive, patient-centered approach.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their loved ones on effective therapy techniques to encourage ongoing progress at home.
• Track and Update Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, documenting changes as necessary to ensure each patient remains on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Ongoing education or professional certifications are encouraged and supported.

Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in Ohio.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
