Senior Talent Partner, Business Functions (Hybrid)

Chapter 2 is seeking a Talent Partner to drive operations hiring and scale our Business Functions across Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You will partner with senior leadership to design tailored recruitment strategies and own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. We value people-first approaches, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
