Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular/ThoracicAura Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular/Thoracic Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting contract opportunity in Illinois. Local candidates are welcome and receive the same competitive pay rate.Responsibilities:Provide circulating and/or scrub nursing care during cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures.Prepare the operating room, equipment, and supplies for surgery.Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all surgical safety protocols.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure exceptional patient care.Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and accurately document care provided.Respond quickly and effectively in a fast-paced operating room environment.Requirements:Active Illinois RN License (license must be in hand)Recent Cardiovascular/Thoracic Operating Room experienceMust rank 4/4 in all required Cardiovascular/Thoracic OR competency areasCurrent BLS certificationACLS preferred (if required by the facility)Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skillsBenefits:$58.00 per hourLocal candidates welcome at the same pay rateDay shift (5 x 8-hour schedule)Weekly pay through Aura Staffing PartnersDedicated recruiter supportIf you're an experienced Cardiovascular/Thoracic OR RN looking for your next contract opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
