Team Coordinator

Role Description

We are looking for a Team Coordinator who is sharp, articulate, and highly self-sufficient. This is not an entry-level admin role. Your skills should be strong enough that you can manage tasks, projects, and priorities independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems without hand-holding.

You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, and technologically savvy. Working hours are Pacific Standard Time. You must be on video during work hours, so a fast and reliable internet connection is required. We work in a virtual office environment, and real-time presence matters.

• Manage daily tasks, priorities, and projects
• Follow up on pending items and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
• Inbox management and written communication
• General coordination
• Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise
• Provide updates

• Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they become problems
• Act as a trusted extension of our day-to-day operations
