Mercor is seeking a Level 3 / Tier 3 Network Support Engineer based in Antioch, California, to support data science initiatives for autonomous infrastructure. The role requires expertise in troubleshooting and packet analysis, along with the ability to label and structure networking data critical for AI systems. As a core member of the client’s team, you will work 30-40 hours per week, directly interfacing with operations for machine learning model training.
