Job Summary We are seeking energetic and personable Event Staff to support promotional events, customer engagement, and brand representation. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in community events, presenting products and services, and helping create positive customer experiences. Responsibilities Provide information about products, services, and promotional opportunities. Present products and services clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and provide helpful information. Support lead generation and customer engagement activities. Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown. Prepare and organize promotional materials, displays, and supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Support customer follow-ups and promotional activities. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve event and business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous event, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
