Restaurant General Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary up to $65,000
Quarterly performance bonus opportunity of up to $8,000 annually

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while creating a positive, engaging work environment
Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a strong, successful restaurant team
Oversee all daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, operational excellence, and profitability
Drive sales, control labor and food costs, and achieve key financial and operational goals
Build lasting relationships with guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving concerns quickly and professionally
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and food safety procedures

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

3+ years of recent fast-food General Manager experience required
Demonstrated success leading teams, driving sales, and achieving operational results
Stable work history with no more than three employers within the past five years
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
