Qualifications of the Accounting Manager Role: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus. 6–10 years of corporate accounting experience with team leadership exposure. Advanced Excel skills and experience with mid‑market ERP systems; cost accounting/inventory experience a plus. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and process‑improvement abilities.
