Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 yearly with benefits Responsibilities: Our attorneys will be primarily responsible for: Developing legal strategy and performing aligned legal services Conducting legal research Drafting initial pleadings, motions, pleadings, orders, judgments, and status updates Overseeing and analyzing discovery Representing clients in court for various types of hearings and trials Managing cases independently Supervising legal support staff Conducting consultations with prospective clients Qualifications: You must have experience with Family Law Litigation You must be admitted to the Texas State Bar About Company We are a fast-growing and award-winning family law firm serving family law, estate planning, probate, and guardianship clients in Harris and Montgomery Counties in Texas.
