Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Globe, AZ.Key responsibilities/skills include:Provide technical and administrative supportPrepare, process, log, and file incoming and outgoing project documents in PrologInput and retrieve electronic files upon requestMaintain project document filing system in accordance with established proceduresAssist in project wide compliance with document control proceduresCreate and maintain document tracking logsControl and track the generation and distribution of electronic dataPerform quality assurance on incoming and outgoing project documentsAssist in training staff on document control procedures and requirementsWork on Document Control tasks with minimal supervision when necessaryAssist in related tasks as requested by Document Control ManagerWe offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time Off!
