YogaSix New Tampa is seeking a Wellness Advisor to join our growing team! This role is responsible for successfully assisting customers by ensuring a welcoming environment to practice yoga and providing product and service information to current members and prospective members. Additional duties include light cleaning and sales communications.
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers before and after classes
- Work sales leads & sell membership packages & retail
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales in the fitness industry
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Reliability and consistency
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
