Job Description
YogaSix New Tampa is seeking a Wellness Advisor to join our growing team! This role is responsible for successfully assisting customers by ensuring a welcoming environment to practice yoga and providing product and service information to current members and prospective members. Additional duties include light cleaning and sales communications.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers before and after classes
Work sales leads & sell membership packages & retail
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service and sales in the fitness industry
Ability to build rapport with clients
Reliability and consistency
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
