Licensed Therapist - Outpatient Clinical Services (IOP/PHP)

The Brook Hospitals have been providing quality mental health and addiction treatment services since 1985. The Brook – KMI is a 110-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for children, adolescents, and adults. Job duties include obtaining psycho-social assessments, conducting family/group therapy, complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure, case coordination, coordinate discharge planning, assist in developing and maintaining community resource information, performs marketing functions as assigned, assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security, ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care, and participate in continuing education activities.

Qualifications include a master's degree from an accredited school in social services or psychiatric, licensure or under supervision (CSW/LCSW, CADC/LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP), 0 - 1 years of related experience, and preferred 1 - 3 years of related experience.
