Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking a  Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team supporting EOTSS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in  full-cycle technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to  build pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver a consistent candidate experience .

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a requisition load of full-time and contract openings across technical disciplines.
• Conduct intake conversations to define job requirements, competencies, and candidate profiles while guiding stakeholders through the hiring process.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and recruiting events.
• Review technical requirements and collaborate to refine job descriptions for clarity, accessibility, and search optimization.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through direct outreach and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate qualifications and role alignment.
• Present qualified candidates with insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback to support efficient timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems and reporting tools.
• Represent EOTSS at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions to build talent pipelines and promote the employer brand.
• Provide updates to stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and pipeline status.
• Partner with HR and internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable policies and public sector guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, candidate experience, and sourcing strategies.
• Support workforce planning by identifying talent trends, skill gaps, and pipeline opportunities for critical roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably focused on technical roles.
• Proficiency sourcing technical talent such as software developers, infrastructure specialists, and cybersecurity professionals.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, ATS platforms, and Boolean search.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Stakeholder management across multiple levels with regular status reporting.
• Experience recruiting in public sector or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with accessibility, inclusive writing, and SEO for job descriptions.
