The Company is in search of a Head of Insurance Business Unit Risk Management to lead a team of Risk Officers supporting its diverse portfolio of insurance businesses. The successful candidate will be a practical, business-minded risk leader with a strong background in risk management, particularly within the insurance, banking, asset management, or related industries. This role is pivotal in deepening the company's risk management engagement with its insurance businesses, and the ideal candidate will be adept at applying risk expertise with flexibility and pragmatism to actively support business strategies. Key responsibilities include team leadership, business partnership, risk oversight, and driving the modernization of risk management support, with a focus on technology, data, and AI-driven approaches.
