Logistics Administrator

Department: Logistics & Logistic Referral Bonus: $500.00USD Summary This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics operations within the Shipping & Receiving department, including data entry, shipment coordination, and reporting. The Logistics Administrator plays a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, timely shipment processing, and inventory tracking to support overall operational efficiency. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to Enerflex’s values, while working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deliverables. Principle Responsibilities and Duties Enter and maintain shipment, receiving, and inventory data in internal systems and databases Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling carriers and tracking deliveries Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, invoices, customs documents if applicable). Verify received materials against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation and system updates Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and shipping reports Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams (purchasing, production, and quality) regarding shipment status and discrepancies Assist in resolving shipping or receiving issues, including damaged goods, shortages, or delays Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards within the shipping and receiving area Maintain organization of shipping records and filing systems for audit readiness Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and reduce bottlenecks Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma; Associate degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred Experience in manufacturing or oil & gas environment is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) required Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting About Us: Transforming Energy for a Sustainable Future.
