Apartment Make-Ready Technician: Prep, Repair & Residents
ResProp Management
ResProp Management is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for move-in and maintain attractive common areas across our properties in Houston, TX. You will respond to work orders, coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor, and deliver excellent resident service. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of general maintenance experience and a toolkit of trade skills, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr ResProp Management
