Overview The Rental Events Operations Manager is a member of the strategic, cross-functional Special Events team responsible for the successful delivery of rental events, along with other internal and external special events. The Rental Events Operations Manager manages all operational and logistical aspects of rental events, helps maintain strong client relationships, and supervises on-call special events staff. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for all rental event clients after contract signing, communicating the client’s needs and expectations to the museum’s operational departments, and enforcing museum policies with the client. Exercise independent judgement by making all necessary operational decisions for rental events, particularly during non-museum hours. Collaborate with the Rental Events Sales Manager and the Assistant Director of Rental Events to maintain profitable budget margins. #J-18808-Ljbffr
