The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a high-volume upper finer casual dining restaurant, with a strong passion for hospitality, food and beverage helping us embody our commitment to pushing culinary boundaries while celebrating the rich tapestry of Southeast Asian cuisine.The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the restaurant operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving financial goals.
