Job Description Summit Home Care is seeking an inside Recruiter for their growing PDN, HHA and DDD departments who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Candidate must be motivated, organized, detail oriented & efficient. Customer service and communication skills are extremely vital for this essential role. Job Responsibilities Constant follow-up and moving candidates from application to employment is your goal Being the initial contact when a candidate applies for the job position Organizing and managing social media sources to find caregivers Attending job fairs and outside recruiting events Preparing paperwork and submitting to the appropriate divisions/departments Job Qualifications Recruiter experience in the home care field REQUIRED Strong organizational skills and time management Must be able to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and general computer literacy Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a positive personal and professional image Ability to handle stressful situations with poise, understanding and tact #J-18808-Ljbffr Summit Home Health Care
