Role Description We are seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team on-site at our Cranston, RI location. This role includes managing appointment scheduling, coordinating care plans, and maintaining positive patient interactions to ensure a seamless experience. Key responsibilities also include answering phone calls with professionalism, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
