Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. They are looking for a full-time veterinarian, while also being open to discussing part-time options. The hospital sees dogs and cats and offers an opportunity to work within a supportive clinical environment providing comprehensive veterinary care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of general practice responsibilities, including internal medicine, wellness and preventive care, surgery, dentistry and more. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, with doctor hours open to discussion. The hospital welcomes applications from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practvice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is equipped with digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, in-house laboratories and additional modern veterinary equipment. Facilities include a dedicated surgical suite, dental suite and an in-house pharmacy. The practice provides a full scope of GP services, including wellness care, preventative medicine, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery and dentistry. The hospital is designed to support a broad range of clinical services within a well-equipped setting.

The hospital is supported by a great team of support staff and promotes a collaborative working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
