Integration Operations Coordinator – Mission Command Collective Training (MCCT) Job Category: Field Engineering And Technical Support Requisition Number: INTEG017908 Employment Type: Full‑Time, On‑Site Location: Orlando, FL 32826, USA Job Description Leads and guides personnel assigned to MCCT-related tasks. Manages MCCT project performance and is responsible for quality and efficiency. Serves as primary POC to assigned PDL APM; responsible for submission of all weekly TADSS updates, usage reports (weekly & quarterly), oversight of scheduling administration and monitoring/surveillance of daily activities. Responds to all MCCT PDL‑related TDLs. Provides immediate responsiveness to assigned PDL APM for information/reporting requirements and changes in portfolio or status. Supports PMO with TDP development aligned with PDL; oversees TDP performance and is responsible for quality and efficiency. Coordinates issue resolution at PDL level. Develops customer and program‑enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, administrative functions). Education & Experience (2 + BA/BS or 1 + MA/MS) or (4 + AA) or (6+ No Degree). Required Experience Experience leading and guiding personnel assigned to CST-related tasks. Experience managing CST project performance and ensuring quality and efficiency. Experience serving as the primary point of contact to assigned PDL APM. Responsible for submission of all weekly TADSS updates, usage reports, and overseeing scheduling administration and monitoring of daily activities. Experience responding to all CST PDL-related TDLs and providing immediate responsiveness to assigned PDL APM for information/reporting requirements and changes in portfolio or status. Experience supporting PMO with TDP development aligned with PDL. Oversees TDP performance and responsible for quality and efficiency. Experience coordinating issue resolution at the PDL level. Requirements Active and Current U.S. Secret Clearance. Physical & Working Conditions Light work. Exerts up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, or negligible force constantly. Primarily office environment; may require travel to various government locations and use of PPE.
