Job Description The HR Director serves as a consultant and provides HR leadership to Global Field Operations senior leaders on its talent agenda and HR/Labor related issues. The HR Director acts as employee champion and change agent to drive engagement and partners/collaborates with the HR COE functions to deliver value added service to the business unit. The HR Director is knowledgeable about the business financial position, its short- mid- & long-range plans, its culture and its competition and aligns HR strategies to meet business needs. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 10-15 years human resources experience, including at least 5 at a management level or above Or equivalent combination of education and experience HR Certification (PHR, SPHR) preferred Experience working in matrix environment Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, training and development, recognition and rewards, compensation, performance management, collective bargaining. Previous leadership experience supporting multi-site remote field locations Ability to travel across the U.S. as needed
