Guest Service Representative - Part Time

Purpose: Ensure efficient and smooth operations for excellent guest satisfaction. Respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Perform accurate check-in and check-outs of guests daily Answer telephone in a timely fashion Make reservations over the phone and in person Provide mutually beneficial solutions to guest complaints Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift to ensure that everything balances at the end of shift Exhibit teamwork throughout all departments of the hotel Other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED required 1-year hotel experience preferred Customer Service experience Ability to handle cash Open availability preferred, nights and weekend availability are required #J-18808-Ljbffr GATEWAY HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER
