Key Qualifications:

• Holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice as an SLP in Massachusetts
• Previous experience working in K-12 school environments preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators

What You'll Do:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs of students across K-12 grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services in individual or small group settings
• Document progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult with educators and participate in IEP meetings to support students' learning
• Engage with families to provide updates, resources, and strategies for continued growth outside of school
