We are seeking experienced Partners to join our firm as we look to expand our presence as an independent CPA firm.This role will be onsite in Chattanooga, TN. Your Responsibilities:Act as an expert on tax review and planning with varying levels of complexity to generate solutions and exceed client expectationsReview of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns for a variety of diverse clienteleManaging, developing, and mentoring members of the tax teamAchieve sustained value by originating and/ or maintaining client relationships for the firmContribute to the development of employees through mentorship, training, and stretch goalsYour Qualifications:10+ years in public accounting firms combined with advanced academic qualifications; active CPA (current and valid license required)Experience with the tax aspects of business transaction issues, including shareholder transactions, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, buyouts, etc.Absolute integrity, forthrightness, and transparencyYour Future Team:HHM CPAs is a leading 300+ person firm with locations in Chattanooga, Memphis, Cleveland, TN and Pensacola, FL.
