PRN Mobile Phlebotomist / Examiner

Pay & Benefits Version Here Pay Range: $21 - $30 / hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

What You'll Do:

As a Mobile Examiner, you will balance patient care, specimen management, and administrative excellence:

• Provide Hands-On Care: Conduct Exams at individual's homes or workplace. You'll take basic vitals, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Manage Specimens with Precision: Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport.
• Be a Mobile Ambassador: Travel locally to meet clients where they are, ensuring a flexible schedule while maintaining top-tier customer service.
• Stay Tech-Connected: Utilize a company technology to confirm appointments, status cases, and upload completed exams to our portal within 24-48 hours.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• To thrive in this role, you should be a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who values compliance, adaptability, independence, and customer satisfaction.

Required Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification- based on state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine, and EKG administration.
• Must have internet access, computer, and printer.

Because this is a mobile role, flexibility and mobility are key components to your success:

Transportation:

• Valid Driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 2 moving violation convictions within the previous 36-month period, with none in the most recent 12 months.
